I am new in area and planned to check out a few salons. I went here and inquired about their top of the line bed package. I was shocked by the high prices. Then the manager put together, what I thought was a good deal. However it was only good immediately, not if I left and checked other salons. Well I could just kick myself for falling for this con! I bought a pkg without even trying the bed. Then i tanned on the worst tanning bed I have ever used! The bulbs were so freaking hot I could barely lay there the alloted 10 minutes. I immediately asked for a refund stating I acted in good faith and so should they. Got the run around from manager and told I had to fax my request to corporate. I asked manager to honestly tell me if this was a waste of my time. He assured me a refund was an option. Well he lied! No refund, tough luck was corporate response. Shame on you islands tanning! Bad karma, bad tanning tables!
