Very poor costumer service. The owner cursed me out and a service person went off on me yelling. They were supposed to replace the hard disk in my mac. It took them a week to figure out they put the wrong one in. They had my mac for three weeks. Now 2 usb ports don't work, logic board damaged, constant disk errors, there's 59g of free space but I get errors saying there is no space when trying to save something, apps shut down on their own, constant freezing. A week after getting it back, it wouldn't boot up at all. I took it to the Apple store, they took it apart and discovered 2 plugs from the hard disk came unplugged. They were charging me $49 for diagnostic and $89 for the disk. After a week they said it would cost me and additional $89 because the disk was really hard to get to. I end up paying $249 to get it back in worse condition than before. They are not willing to help me saying that everything was in working condition when they gave it to me. Bum deal. Cons: Bad service
