Review content:
I went to Nails at Last because of its convenient location to my residence. I was very disappointed in the service, as well as the product. I was greeted with a swift, barely understandable ""how can I help you"" from a manicurist with a mask on, who wasn't even looking at me. I didn't have to wait very long, but once I was finally sat at a manicurist's station, I was moved twice before actually getting helped. The manicurist heard 'French Manicure' and didn't seem to listen (or perhaps, understand) anything else! I wanted advice, however he did not seem to be very concerned with the specifics of what I wanted. In short, my french manicure turned out with the natural color being the same length as the white, and the 'design' looking like a first grader could have done it! I asked for a pink flower, and got a white and red series of five dots on my nails. It was pretty ridiculous. The manicurist was friendly, but did not seem to fully listen to anything I said. It's always difficult getting a manicure by someone that does not speak your language, but this was just unacceptable. I will never go there again, and I advise all others to avoid it as well! Pros: Short wait Cons: Terrible customer service
