My daughter's B-day is today and we went on a marathon shopping trip at the Sawgrass Mall. Dying of hunger we decided to try P.F. Changs for lunch and if you can believe it we have never been to a Changs before. \r \r We started out with a Shanghi Chicken Flatbread (see pic) and it looked and tasted like a quesadilla. The sauce that it came with was pretty good and that made it taste more chinese than mexician. I also added some of the sauces they provide which are hot mustard, hot pepper sauce and the server combines these two in a soy sauce and makes a third sauce (see pic). \r \r For the main course my wife had the Kung Pio Chicken, I had the Singapore Street Noodles and my daughter had chicken nuggets ( see pics). My wife really like her dish which surprised me because she is not a big chinese food fan. My dish was very good after a doctored it up with some of the spicy oil and some of the above sauces. My daughter loved her meal too.\r \r Our server was Jessica and she was excellent. She was very informative and gave a us suggestions on what to order since we were virgins. \r \r Remember to tell them that Dan sent you for the Shanghi Chicken flatbread that looks like and tastes like a quesidilla lol and stay hungry!
