One of my sink in the house is clogged. I've them come out to do the job, and the lady on the phone said that they're charging $89 travel fee to come to my house to see the problem and if I let them do the job then the travel fee will be waived. I asked them the services cost, and she said about the same as the travel fee.\r
Of course, I wanted them to do the job that is why I let them come out. Guess what, they're charging me $242 (no travel fee in this price) just to clear the clog sink. All they're doing is (just like all the other plumbers) put a very long hose through the pipe to clear it. It didn't take the guy that long to do the job either. I called the company up the next day to talk to the lady who is in charged about the comment/complaint, but I got her voice mail. I left her two voice mails on two consecutive days, and she never call me back. I called again on 3rd day and mentioned to the receptionist that I do not want her voice mail. Guess what, I was able to talk to her a few sentences, and she just hang up the phone on me while I'm talking. She is very rude and unprofessional. **** I would not recommended this company **** *** Overly charged for just a very very simple service *****
