Review content:
Wow. What a great guy. Not only did he return my call *way* after hours, despite the fact that I wasn't expecting to hear from him until the next day, he was also good enough to offer a great deal of excellent advice about the process of appraisal and sale of estate pieces, and even made me laugh several times. TD is extremely knowledgeable, and clearly a straight shooter in all respects, even if it didn't benefit him directly. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of an honest appraisal. And he does something that not all appraisers do: he will do his analysis in front of you, which means you see everything that goes on, learning as you go. This means you don't risk losing your precious gems to some back-room switcharoo, and you will come away knowing more about your jewelry than you thought possible. The best!
