Review content:
The roxy is the worst ""diner"" (if you could call it that) I've ever been to..They raised their prices and so it costs just as much to eat there as it would at any applebees, and yet you get horrible attitude and lame service..then they expect a tip. The roxy is never clean and always has street kids out in front asking for change and cigarettes. The only reason people go there is because it is 24hrs or they just couldnt stumple anywhere else after the bars close. The food is alright but everything on their menu has grease in it.
Altogether a complete waste of time and money.
