Telephone stays busy and their is an hour wait time, If you asked them the wait time you get the same answer all the time ""it will be there shortly"". I have waited at the transit center for more than an hour after the transit center is closed and deserted. When you call back you get the same answer. They don't bother to ask if you will need a van or car. Which I have had to send the car back because I needed a van for my elderly parents. That caused me to have to wait another hour. I have missed my bus several times due to poor customer service , when I told them what time my bus was scheduled to leave. (mind you I gave them at least a 2 hour notice. Maybe I am not used to rural towns , but you would think the dispatchers as well as the drivers would be more punctual. I guess I will have to learn how to drive, if I want to get to my destinations on time in the future.
Pros: Friendly Drivers
Cons: not punctual,long wait time
