Review content:
As an owner, I find management and homeowner policies extremely rigid and unnecessarily restrictive. I've never owned a condo before but felt it was a good fit for us this time around. We are in constant conflict with the manager of this facility over simple issues like garage space, lack of additional storage spaces, switching from paper bill to autopay (still hasn't happened since we requested it 6 month ago), hidden fees, and most of all, a total lack of privacy. Security seems more to protect and enrich management from its tenants than in response to any outside threat.
