Review content:
I'm on the board of our condo association as well as a homeowner in the building, and I want to say thank you to the people who wrote honest reviews on here. It's good to know I'm not going crazy or alone in my frustration. I agree with so many of the negative remarks in the other reviews, especially how Gittleman has ""favorite"" vendors that are extremely expensive and perform consistently shoddy work. Also I have received blatantly false information from Andy Gittleman in his effort to stop my questions and maintain the status quo. I have serious doubts about the level of integrity within this organization. I'm now going to be looking into different property mgmt companies so we can hopefully switch to someone better. It will probably be a lot of work, but I don't see how we can go on continuing to use Gittleman.
