Northside Veterinary clinic helped us with a stressful situation in a wonderful way. my boyfriend and i took his neglected elderly cat to see Dr. Eisner. Lola had extreme constipation due to arthritis and was in considerable discomfort. The doctors and other staff were wonderful. Dr. Eisner scheduled an appointment immediately to de-poop the cat (I did not get the name of the vet who performed the procedure but he was terrific, both with the medical procedure and in talking to us) and gave us sound advice as to her future care. Both vets were caring, compassionate and answered all our questions. This was two months ago and Lola is like a new cat. She no longer has constipation issues, is looking very pretty and is generally a happy cat all over. Also, when my boyfriend expressed his financial concerns, the office was understanding and flexible. These people genuinely care about the well-being of your animal.
Pros: caring, competent staff; convenient location;
Cons: small waiting room, not always open late - could do with another late hours day.
