Review content:
Twice in the last year Precision Photos has lost the files containing my headshot. The first time, (after I had already purchased a batch of headshots from them), while trying to order a batch of postcards they told me that apparently my headshot file had been lost in their move. After days of back-and-forth, emailing them files, I finally had to take the disc back in so that they could create the postcards. At that point they told me that I would never have this problem again since they now had everything on file. Well, they lost it again! I tried to reorder headshots and was told they only had the file for the postcard and couldn't work from that. They said they couldn't find the file and that I would have to e-mail them the file again or bring the disc in again. I related this story to a couple of other actor friends and one of them immediately said, ""Precision Photo is awful. They screwed me once the same way...""lost"" my file."" She recommended I go to Reproductions instead and it looks as if that is what I will have to do. I can't even find my original disc now (with the copy ready headshots on it) and I suspect it was never returned to me from Precision last year when they screwed up the postcards. I'd recommend any place but Precision Photos.
