I said it today when picking up my headshot order, and I'll say it again: I can see that Michael Canizares, the owner of Precision Photos, takes pride in his professionalism.\r
\r
For over 10 years now, I have time and again gone to Precision Photos for headshot reproductions, and every time I have been satisfied with my order as well as the customer service Michael and his staff have provided. He hasn't seem to have changed in this last decade--always professional, always busy, always with a telephone earpiece in his ear handling calls--but somehow, SOMEHOW juggling it all!\r
\r
My most recent order was different than the past ones. This time I ordered online using their new Java applet. Admittedly, I found the logic of the software a bit confusing, but I figured there was only a slight learning curve before mastering the software. (I think I'll be okay for my next order.)\r
\r
When I couldn't find out how to use the software properly in a place, I called Michael for guidance. He took 3 of my calls, all very politely, as I asked questions when he most likely was very busy with orders. I completed my order, and Michael called me back so I could confirm the details. For some reason, an online discount code I used didn't make it through, and he kindly made sure it was applied to my order.\r

How I see headshots, I don't need to spend a fortune on impeccable quality--from working in casting, I've seen how headshots quickly make it into the garbage. While the quality of Precision Photos is not the absolute best in the city, it is 9.5 out of 10 for me. I don't need 10--10 is a waste of my money. 9.5 is fantastic enough, and given the deals (steals!) Precision Photos offers, it's MORE valuable than a 10 for me. That is, Precision Photos is *my* 10.\r
\r
I've recommended Precision Photos for years, and I will continue to do so. :)
