Kratai Abert is like condensed milk: She's really sweet, but she's really STRONG. My husband met Kratai in 2007, he immediately put me in touch with her. Since then, my life has never been the same. Kratai began training me when I was 5 months pregnant with my second child, and once I had my kiddo, we started the REAL workouts with her Power ON group. Everything I'd heard people say about ""having a trainer"" was NOTHING like Kratai: training with her is not just about working out. She is a total, mind and body health coach, inspiring and reinforcing not only exercise (which is challenging and fun, even for someone who's in good shape), but also healthy eating habits, hydration, balance, and the importance of belief (both in yourself and in a higher spirit). The dynamic women I met in Kratai's Power ON group were all stronger than me, healthier than me, and more athletic than me, but this difference was inspiring! The group coached and cheered me on, and I KNOW that was part of my success. I lost several inches and feel better about myself than I have in a long time. I also feel confident that I will be able to carry on these lessons for a lifetime and be here for my husband and two kiddos for a long, long time. Pros: Finally do something GOOD for yourself Cons: It takes time to make the commitment (but it's worth it!)
