Kratai and I met by fate. I do repairs to damaged floors from insurance claims. It just so happen to be Kratia?s home. I was instantly impressed with her demeanor and professionalism. I had a need to get my life in order and lose some weight; I was tired of carrying around. After a few visits I chose to join her power of 6-lunch program. I received from her, not only strength and new healthy habits for my body, but a renewed strength in my heart. Kratai is real, and she is good at what she does to encourage, build up, and help you to become a healthier more well rounded person. In your Mind, Body, and Soul. Thank you Kratai!\r
