My fiance and I came here a month ago after I lost my engagement ring over the summer. We were both very anxious to have our engagement ring replaced, but as you know it takes time to have everything documented for the insurance company as well as any jewelry store that you choose to have your piece replaced. Michael, one of the sales rep. at Minh Tri was very helpful in taking care of this process for us. He made sure we were up-to-date on everything that was going on with our claim. Within a month, we picked up our engagement ring (we had it picked out the day we showed up there), and my fiance and I both feel like we upgraded more than we had it replaced. Michael was great at making us feel comfortable with what we both liked and how much we were willing to spend. We're also coming back here to pick out our bands. They have a gorgeous selection and the customer service alone was wonderful.
