Review content:
New Patient paperwork was sent to my residence so I did not have to fill at office on day of visit. Front staff was efficient and friendly. Wait time was short to be taken to exam room. Was taken in promptly and was also out of the office just as quickly. When Dr. Robert Johnson examined our infant he quickly asked me a few questions and would immediately interrupt me and would not let me get a word in and would also belittle any questions I had and made me feel like as a new parent I didn't know anything. It almost became comical then annoying. I left feeling very rushed and was mostly insulted to not be able to have any input or to be able express my concerns regarding my son's care.\r
I had one bad experience when our son was held down by Dr. Johnson during an examination and made our son cry uncontrollably and when I questioned his practice he told us to let him do his job! . I took our son out and left his office immediately and never returned. Poor rapport with parents and patients.\r
Overall, office is in dire need of remodeling..old home converted into an office. I do not recommend Dr. Johnson to any of my family or friends.\r
