Review content:
DO NOT EAT AT TOMATILLO's unless you like raw meat and manager's that argue with customers! They served me a barely cooked picadillo meat taco. Unfortunately, I had already eatten half before I noticed...The brillant manager on duty, explained to me that the meat was not raw- that it turns pink like that when it is OVERCOOKED?!?! Seriously? Basically, not only was my food bad, but then the manager argued with me instead of just saying, she was sorry for my experience and attempt to make it better right away. I'm pretty sure she never learned that rule that the customer is right. Not until I told her I would post my experience review did she change her attitude and say that she would have a manager call me. I won't hold my breath about receiving a call. To give her a bit of credit, in the end (after I telling her I would be posting a review) she did not charge me for my dinner. Bottom line, there are waaay too many other great Mexican Restaurants in SA - why risk a repeat of my experience? I encourage you to try one of the many other Mexican restaurants nearby on Broadway instead. I'm giving the service a frown-y face rating bad rating because of this manager - The waitress was actually very good.
