STEPHANIE SAVED ME just before a business trip by fixing a bad haircut from another place the day before. It was a Sunday and my regular place was closed. I knew Visible Changes was open so I called and asked for help. Stephanie was recommended by the manager at the front desk.
Stephanie made time for me that day and fixed the bad cut. In the process, she earned my respect with her positive attitude and no bashing of the person that gave me the bad cut.
Stephanie has been cutting my hair regularly for over a year now and I am always pleased with how she listens to what I want, asks questions for clarification and fulfills my request.
