I went in to the Visible Changes in the Houston Galleria expecting to simply tame my hair, which hadn't been cut in a couple of months and was really long and unruly. I walked out feeling really confident and attractive thanks to Kourtney. She asked me what image I was going for, and without further ado, made it happen! She was very thorough, and made sure I was satisfied and knew how to reproduce the style before I left the seat. When I realized that I was running low on gel, she recommended a pomade that I have been really satisfied with. You can tell she really cares about her work, and makes you look great, but she also was good company, chatting with me as she made my hair fabulous. Overall, I had a great experience at Visible Changes, and plan to go back for my next haircut.
