Review content:
My boyfriend recently purchaced a truck from Auto Equations in South Houston from one of their 3 locations. \r
He has had the vehicle for about 3 months and the company has never notified him that his license plates arrived at the offices. My boyfriend was ticketed because of his expired paper plates and when he called Auto Equations to have them send his plates, they said no. They told him he had to go pick them up. Mind you, we live near The Woodlands. Auto Equations is a good hour and a half drive.\r
AE did not sympathize in the face that we didnt want to risk driving the vehicle to get the plates, in fear of getting a second ticket. They insisted we drive to get the plates. \r
I would be more appreciative if they understood and cared more about our situation, but i guess thats what kind of service you get with a place like they are.
