This location is TERRIBLE!\r

I have tried calling two days in a row (7/25/07 and 7/26/07). Both days, I stayed on hold, pressing the number 6 key to be placed BACK on hold every 15 seconds. I waited 30 minutes, and then finally the phone system kicks you off!!!\r

This location needs to be shut down and the manager fired for allowing their employees to screw off instead of answer CUSTOMER phone calls. If you have a Verizon phone, Don't bother with this store! Take your business to one of the Boise stores or the Nampa store! You will get better SERVICE and SOMEONE WHO WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!\r

Help shut this place down! Go to any other local Verizon store!
Pros: Verizon GOOD! Meridian Store..BAD!
Cons: BAD AT ANSWERING PHONE IN MERIDIAN!!!
