Review content:
I must admit I was quite skeptical about trying out this facility considering some of the awful reviews I found here. However 6 bad reviews vs 13 great ones kinda tipped the scales for me so I came in to judge for myself. \r \r Here’s what I found...beautiful interior, doesn't really look like much of a gym when you walk in. They have really taken the time to make it easier for people who are hesitant about starting a gym membership just from how they set up their location. You walk in and are greeted by lovely staff that then show you around and find out what you’re interested in doing and what you’re looking for. Its not you’re typical ""box"" shaped gym either equipment and weights are off to one side of the building while the group fitness classroom and locker/bathroom/showers/sauna are off to another side of the building. This spaces everyone out even during peak hours! I’m trying to get back into fitness so the classes were something I was really interested in but I have a weird schedule right now, however they had classes throughout the day which was perfect..even weekends. \r \r Now I'm not one to be fooled by all the glitz and glam, and I couldn't just forget about how they had a bad rating with the BBB and the 6 bad reviews, so I asked the membership consultant about it. He actually already knew the exact reviews I was talking about and took the time to fill in the details that some of the reviews left out. He also explained the club improvement fee (not plural) and how freezes/cancellations actually work. As far as the rating from the BBB goes, that only takes someone not responding back to the BBB from either the gym itself or their home office (I checked to see if this was true, it is!) \r \r All in all I wouldn't let some of these bad reviews lead you in the wrong direction about o2 fitness! If you in the market for a new gym I would highly recommend this facility.\r
