I have been on one of their building over on Bradley for six months. I took the rental as it had no security, no move in fee and the cheapest rent you can find. When I moved ion things looked ok on the surface, however, the first time I went into the basement for laundry.... I knew I was in trouble. Found rodent poison all over the basement along with traps everywhere for rats. They have dry traps, ( sewer drains that aren't in use anymore) and they have no metal grates on them sso the rats and mice come up from the sewer. While the janitor is very polite and responds when you call, he fails to realy fix anything. He does patch jobs. I currrently have water damage from a rusted radiator pipe that has soaked -- and ruined -- the wood floor which is also sinking into the floor. The bathroom faucet leaks and every time it is fixed it leaks again with in hours. When I moved in they had not cleaned , the place was filty. The landlords, are rude, unresponsive and do not care. The tenants are all great, but this is slum lord property. If you are in a desperate bind and want a cheap rent with a short lease, go for it, but if you can.. go elsewhere!!! Oh, did I mention the roaches????
