I decided I wanted to lighten my hair and get some highlights. This always scares me a little, since I don't want the typical bleached orange ""that's what happens when you highlight"" hair. I told Karen this and she told me not to worry that she would never do that to someone. I relaxed and let her do her thing. I got natural looking lighter brown hair with beautiful carmel highlights. It was amazing, No Orange! \r
I also saw Jen who got my hair straight and shiny. She really spent her time going over it with a brush and dryer, and then a a straight iron.
Pros: Natural color , NO ORANGE
