I have been getting blonde highlights for about twenty years now, and I can say hands down that Janet Rufin (Janet herself ) gave me the best blonde highlights I have ever had. She offered me an array of options and provided pictures to illustrate those options. I have never had more natural looking, dimensional, and yet somehow impossibly glamourous hair color in my life. The color was bold, but not brassy, and matched my skin tone perfectly. I have been to MANY of the top NYC salons and Janet beats them all with her fun personality, her great customer service and her sheer a**-kicking talent. Worth every penny.
