I decided to splurge on a haircut and they booked me with Janet. I was very clear on what I wanted, and brought pictures, etc., but Janet just did what she wanted and I HATE my haircut. I'm in a wedding next weekend and my hair looks terrible. The cut took twice as long as necessary, too, because since Janet's the owner she had to keep stopping to deal with phone calls and questions from her employees. It's insulting to keep having your stylist throw down her scissors to give her attention elsewhere. Right as she was finishing my cut she decided she had to take three employees in the back to bawl them out for bad behavior. I had to just assume we were finished, as I didn't get a goodbye or get asked how I liked my (horrible) cut. I wish I had my $150 back. Avoid Janet Rufin.
