Wow! I am probably THE MOST difficult person to please when it comes to my hair, especially with color/highlights. I have been highlighting my hair for ten years and have finally found someone I trust. On my hair, she gives the perfect amount of blonde highlight with golden lowlight, so that the final outcome looks natural and beautiful. She gets very close to the root, which I have found not every stylist does. Her cuts are also to die for. And did I mention the shampoos are like having professional massages? Look no further, Sandra at Janet Rufin's Parlor is your girl.
