After a recommedation from a friend that Janet does the ""best brown"" I made an appointment and was very pleased! Janet takes the time to assess your overall appearance to determine the best hair color to complement your look. I had a single process with Janet and already made an appointment to go back for highlights. I also decided while I was in the salon that I needed a haircut. Some other salons might not be able to accomodate that on a busy Saturday afternoon, but Janet gave me to Jennifer for a cut and blowout and she did a fabulous job! I can't wait to go back!
