Review content:
Sushi hasn't always been on the top of my 'favorite' foods list, but it's been a taste I've been acquiring over the years. My experience at Blue Fin definitely moved it up a notch, and I'd be hard-pressed not to say that my dining experience here was one of the best as far as sushi is concerned. The food was super fresh and the waitstaff never failed to cater to our needs. Since this is also a fusion-esque restaurant, you get a very elegant/sophisticated ambiance to go with your perfectly prepared food. The selection and style of rolls were innovative and unique, although you can also get the traditional-type rolls we all know and love. My glass was mysteriously full all the time, an example of the kind of service many of us desire (being served without constantly being interrupted... i.e. silent and efficient). Of course (for those who cringe at the idea of anything raw), there is an assortment of dishes you can order off the grill, as well. It definitely was an all-around great experience that I hope to relive again in the near future. Check this place out... You won't be disappointed.
Pros: Great food and top-notch service
Cons: I'll let you know if I ever encounter any.
