Review content:
Yes, this is a bit of a biased assessment, because I worked there for two summers two years ago. (So '07 and '08) Usually I'd consider this something that disqualified me from making a review, but as the only one is probably someone that ordered their pool in the busiest part of the season and got upset when they were last in line... well. As for the outsourcing -- they tell you that it's going to be done by outsourcing when you order a pool, and at the time I worked there they had been working with the same company for years that had always done good work. (I can't speak for their current status.) In my time there I found that many customers had been coming to the same business for something more than 30 years (the company was founded by the father of the current owner, and I can't say when, it was a long time ago). The owners mean well and do their best to see that you have a good experience. They do on-site pool water testing, have a parts and service department, and keep a stock of other things. Also, they'll custom-order anything they can for you if they don't have it. It should say something about Klenswite that years after I have any incentive to write this I'm putting it up just because I liked the people that I worked for. Pros: Family-owned and Operated - Want to help, not just sell Cons: They do actually outsource pool setup.
