Review content:
The staff here is extremely unprofessional. The first time I visited I walked up to the receptionist who was on the phone she did not say one moment or anything neither did the staff around her. Finally after standing there for at least four to five minutes she just said sign in and have a sit. When I finally met with the doctor who was ok could of been better he went over standard questions and did the annual womens exam. Afterwards I went to talk to him about a perscription he directed me to the lobby area the in the back I was surrounded by other members of the staff. I thought this was odd as i lacked privacy. I then went upstairs to get blood work done the nurse who assist me took my insurance card and forgot to give it back. When i finally realized it I had already left. I then called back to confirmed that she still had it and was on hold for no less then ten minutes. I hung up and called backed to see if she had forgot i was on the phone. She replied no were just busy no apology of any sort which is amazing because she realized that she forgot to give my card back as well. I had to drive all the way back there!!! This place is the worst doctor's office I have ever visited!!!
