I have very difficult hair to work on. It grabs color, and I have had many bad experiences in the past. I am so happy with the professionalism, desire to please, and time they have spent whenever we tried something new. Everyone is so excellent at color, and they work together to make you happy! I am very appreciative of the care and kindness I have received in the last three years...SJansen
