I WILL NEVER recommend OR use this Bridal shop in my life. I would give NO stars if possible. I went in to get fitted for a dress- it didn't even have to be the same style, just the same brand. And the lady (I believe she was even the owner) got me a size 12, and I walked out and was like....""ummm can I try something smaller, like a 4, 6, or an 8"" and I tried explaining to her that my friend lives in Houston and is purchasing the dresses, and I just need an idea of the fit. She was like ""you are NOT allowed to try on my dresses."" ""You are using me."" I was completely appaulled at the LACK of customer service. She then starts accusing me and being completely RUDE, when I then said, ""soooo I'm guessing you don't want referrals?"" BUSINESS IS EARNED. This is a small town, if you don't treat your customers, and EVEN those who might just be potential customers right YOU will lose ALL your business. I will NEVER recommend this place to my friends, nor will I ever use this company again. I've lived in Cleburne my whole life, and I have never been treated this way in my ENTIRE life!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR WITH YOUR BUSINESS. Go somewhere else....
