After reading some of these reviews - I have to wonder - what the other side of the story was... I've had nothing but great interactions with this lady!
I priced some people out before choosing Bette's practice. Although she was slightly more expensive than another (less capable) person - her professionalism, honesty, attentiveness and talent are well worth the couple extra bucks! She actually gave a trial treatment on our first encounter and no one else did that. You also get exactly what you pay for. There is no lost time counted for prepping and clean up. It's all hair removal time start to end of your designated appt block. Anyway, I've been seeing her for several months and we are both very happy with the results we're getting. If you are serious about hair removal - this is who to choose in Austin. She actually keeps up to date on her credentials. Bet you didn't know that... people have to keep them current or they really shouldn't be using them. If you don't go to Bette, make sure you do your research or you won't be getting what you paid for.
