Review content:
They came out for 3 hours the first time and repaired two leaks. One leak was in a box, so no digging, then one was already dug out, but it still took 3 hours to repair. Technician indicated he could finish other areas in two hours on the next trip, but ended up taking almost four hours. They had two men on the job for the whole 6 & 3/4 hour job and charged $130 per hour for two man job, fuel surcharges, and service fees. The second trip, they charged me $20 for something called a locator...which they don't let you keep or anything, just a useage fee and spent over two hours trying to ""locate"" wires, then at the last minute after my irritation, came up with a quick 20 min solution that could have been done hours before. After confronting the technician about why it took almost four hours when we agreed the second trip would be around 2 hours blamed it on his office. ""They are the ones that do the scheduling, so I was here for what they scheduled me for""(no joke). Hopefully, everything is done...per the motto ""right the first time"". The owner is a licensed irrigator, but the people who do the work are licensed technicians...you pay the irrigator price, but you get the technician doing the job. Nice people, but felt cheated. When you are desparate for help, it is frustrating not to get a company that can be efficient and do what they say they will do, then end up with $1000 bill. I would be wary of the communication...better talk to the office and not rely on the workers. Both are not on the same page.
