My dog was rescued and despite professional guidance and my own long history of training dogs, he does not warm up easily to new people and has a strong protective nature. Justin's consistent, firm and compassionate approach won my dog over, who is now a complete mush with Justin. Justin used the same care and consistency in introducing Katherine, and now they are all best buddies. I trust both of them implicitly with caring for my dog.
