Complete Idiots! The worst customer service I have seen in a while. I called to get basic pricing and info. The girl was rude, short and un-interested in answering any questions. She said ?you just need to come into the salon; it?s too complicated to explain anything over the phone?\r

You must be kidding! Why would I ever consider entering your salon if you cant even take care of a phone-call.\r
