I had never heard of Natty Greene's before it came to Raleigh, I did not know that it is basically a Greensboro institution. \r

It is really big inside and they have a ton of beers to choose from. I was surprised at their menu, it is not typical bar food. The gravy they make with their ""Downtown Brown"" beer is absolutely incredible and this is THE ONLY place that I have seen in Raleigh that has Bison Burgers, SWEET. Mine was cooked to order, medium rare...and it came out great. This is important because Bison cooks a little faster than beef and it usually comes out over cooked.\r

The staff is young and friendly. I have been there many times since they first opened and everytime I have had a good experience.
