My girlfriend and I recently dined at the Old Oyster Factory on Hilton Head and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived we had a good feeling about the place. Despite being early in the spring season on a Tuesday night the place was still quite busy. We were sat at a table in the bar area by a friendly hostess and had prompt and helpful service from our server Bob. We snacked on their delicious hushpuppies while we enjoyed a cocktail. My girlfriend, who rarely eats seafood, really enjoyed their ""signature"" tilapia dish and I loved their special tuna. Our table on the window overlooked the water as the sun went down. You couldn't ask for a better view. For dessert we finished up with marscapone in a candied almond dish recommended by Bob and it was great. The whole experience was perfect from the food, the staff and escpecially the views. We are certain to return.
