Recently I was in a fender bender. I followed all the steps, called my insurance company and set up a claim. They in turn recommended Nu-Look Collision b/c they are on a direct repair program with them. No sooner did I hang up my phone with my insurance company, and someone from Nu-Look Collision was calling me to set up an appointment for an estimate. \r
I went in had my estimate, scheduled repairs for a later date when parts would be in. I did not have rental coverage on my policy, which was fine b/c Nu-Look had a shuttle service. They brought me to work that day, and when my car was ready, they called and picked me up and brought me back to the shop. I didnt have to inconvenience anyone to come and get me, Nu-Look took care of everything!!! They even cleaned my car, inside and out! Looked brand new again! \r
If I ever have another accident I will definitely be bringing it back to Nu-Look Collision!
