Recently I was in a fender bender. I followed all the steps, called my insurance company and set up a claim. They in turn recommended Nu-Look Collision b/c they are on a direct repair program with them. No sooner did I hang up my phone with my insurance company, and someone from Nu-Look Collision was calling me to set up an appointment for an estimate. \r I went in had my estimate, scheduled repairs for a later date when parts would be in. I did not have rental coverage on my policy, which was fine b/c Nu-Look had a shuttle service. They brought me to work that day, and when my car was ready, they called and picked me up and brought me back to the shop. I didnt have to inconvenience anyone to come and get me, Nu-Look took care of everything!!! They even cleaned my car, inside and out! Looked brand new again! \r If I ever have another accident I will definitely be bringing it back to Nu-Look Collision! more

I got into a car accident on Christmas Eve - someone bumped my bumper and there was significant damage. I have only had this car for about 3 months so I wasn't thrilled to have it smashed up, but the insurance company of the individual who hit me assumed full liability and I went to Nu Look Collision for the first time to get my car fixed. Nu Look had me come in for an initial assessment and ordered parts, scheduling a time to work on it a week or so later, once the parts arrived. They were very efficient - my car was with them for 2 days, which is the amount of time that they originally quoted - even after they found additional damage to my car that required more parts.
