Review content:
I've been using AEROBEEP for more than 10 years now - mostly for voicemail services. The voicemail is pretty reliable, and the price is right. Since I became a customer, they've added mailbox, fax and email services. So it's kind of a local, mom & pop version of Kinko's.\r \r While the variety of services they provide can be pretty handy, I have occasionally found them to be quite rigid and inflexible with regard to resolving problems and facilitating a generally positive customer experience. Their attitude seems to be, ""We're going to do it our way. You got a problem with that? Go somewhere else."" Unfortunately, it's far from a unique attitude here in New York, where great customer service is an anomaly - NOT the norm. Still, that doesn't make it right...\r
