I've moved around quite a bit between NY and LA and decided this location would be ideal when I'm in NYC. The ladies on-staff are nice, but I believe they did not stress enough...

The service has been good, and they're pretty friendly most of the time. I get quick replies from the secretary any time I've written in or called.\r \r Yes, as other reviewers have brought up, to charge for a package starting on the first day is ridiculous. I really think they should get rid of that fee and at least allow for clients to pick it up before charging.\r \r They do not offer monthly billing, only bi-monthly.\r \r At the time of this writing (January 2013), it's $20 per month plus tax for a personal mailbox, so every two months it ends up being $43.55. This is the minimum bi-monthly cost an individual can have for being able to pick up the mail in person. If you need mail forwarded, it's $5/month plus tax additional. So the cost does start to add up, especially if you factor in packages. more

Extra Charges - Not a good value 11/4/2011

I've moved around quite a bit between NY and LA and decided this location would be ideal when I'm in NYC. The ladies on-staff are nice, but I believe they did not stress enough when I signed on that I would be CHARGED $1 per day (starting on the day they receive it!) for packages. So ask yourself, why do they charge an additional $1 - starting from the day they sign for the package - if you are already paying upfront for the mail box / package receiving monthly? Why the extra storage fee? It was a small box! I was told that ""size did not matter"" - the fee is for anything they have to sign for. I can understand charging a storage fee if its' been there for X days and you are now taking up room and not picking it up, but to charge from DAY 1 of receipt??? Not happy, am seeking another mailbox receiving company. more

very reliable, very courteous, highly professional service 8/14/2008

This is a great service which I use to receive my business mail. The company accepts all my packages from whatever company (UPS, FedEx, etc) and provides me an immediate email alert. I can also call in to see if I have received mail and they also offer a forwarding service so I can get my mail when I am out of town. more

Voicemail, fax, mailbox & email - but mediocre customer service 12/4/2007

I've been using AEROBEEP for more than 10 years now - mostly for voicemail services. The voicemail is pretty reliable, and the price is right. Since I became a customer, they've added mailbox, fax and email services. So it's kind of a local, mom & pop version of Kinko's.\r \r While the variety of services they provide can be pretty handy, I have occasionally found them to be quite rigid and inflexible with regard to resolving problems and facilitating a generally positive customer experience. Their attitude seems to be, ""We're going to do it our way. You got a problem with that? Go somewhere else."" Unfortunately, it's far from a unique attitude here in New York, where great customer service is an anomaly - NOT the norm. Still, that doesn't make it right...\r more
