While the location might be convenient, they are not reliable. I went in for some alterations on a dress and they were only half complete. I relied on the fact that I was told the alterations were complete and that it was written on my ticket. I was mistaken and as a result had my dress in worse condition than before. I was not reimbursed for this mistake either.
