My husband bought me a ""spa day"" here and I had such a fantastic massage! It was loud but otherwise the services were nice. I was so impressed with my masseuse that I was thinking of switching over to her on a regular basis, but the next time I called, she was gone. Everyone seems very young here, like kids! Seems to be a common spa problem, never being able to keep their staff and always hiring very young people. Not that I'm against young people! but just looking for a little more experience for hair or massage or facials. I go to Jazz Salon now for hair, and Jaya Massage in Middletown now for massage.
Pros: convenient location for me
Cons: high turnover, ambience
