Review content:
My husband and I hated to have to do it, we are totally am infatuated with our boxer, but we had to leave him somewhere for one night. The website for PetsMart PetsHotel looked very nice, showing these nice blankets they use and stating they give ""paw-gress reports"" for the time your pet is there. When we picked up our dog, he smelled like baby powder. When I got him home, I realized they were masking a dog smell much stronger than our dog usually has (okay that's not TOOO bad). After we picked him up and loved on him for a little while, we walked through the store to pick up his dog food and some treats, and he pee'd on the floor, which makes me believe they had not taken him out to urinate yet (we got him at 9:30am). When we got home, he drank about 3 bowls of water consecutively. I do realized he pee'd at the store, but it's still hard to gauge the last time he pee'd and drink water. He is potty trained, and can normally hold it for several hours a day while we're at work. Our little guy didn't seem scared and his personality didn't change or anything, but I'm just not sure he was given the attention we would have liked him to have. If we would have gotten the ""paw-gress report"" they spoke of, it might have put my tension at ease, but since I didn't, I'm just not sure what to think.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: No ""paw-gress"" report given to see how my doggy did
