I've been to several floor stores in the Houston metro market. I highly recommend the B & A Floor Store on hgwy 6 Hou, TX. For one the rent is cheap ( no warehouse so less overhead), two: the pay package to salesmen is not typical and the customers are served better off and for less cost. Three: The work crews are very knowledgeable and the store staff are years of experience under there belts. Less wasted/broken material means big savings to customers. Four: All businesses will have somebody not happy about services sometimes-however B&A policy is to be fair to the customer, even if they don't profit-they make it right. Free estimates in home - complete with samples was very e-z for me.
