Hugos might be one of the best restaurants in Houston. Don't expect, Velveeta queso and gooey cheese enchiladas. Hugo's has one of those menus that you have to read all the way through in order to catch everything. The dishes and combination of ingredients are unique. They serve dishes like the Rabbit Mole, as well as simple Mexican tacos, excellent seafood dishes, etc. If you like simple tequila and lime margaritas, indulge - they are great. I don't have enough good things to say about this restaurant. It is one of my favorites in Houston..
