Fast response, Courteous, and More than Fair. Plumber Near was on time, very polite, and solved the problem in no time, part of which was due to my silly oversight, but no ridicule from him! :) He suggested if I had any further problems to call the water heater company because my water heater was still under warranty. No monetary taking advantage of a women for this company! I appreciated his talking to me respectfully and not talking down to me. Also, no charge for services not needed. You cannot beat that with a pipe wrench! :). Plumber Near will definitely be my plumbing solution from now on.
